Information we collect
Car Ad Builder collects the information you enter into the listing form, including vehicle details, selected features, condition notes, pricing information, and your email address. For dealer bulk orders, we also collect the vehicle details entered for each vehicle in the order.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to generate listing text, display your result page, send your result link by email, process payment, and improve the service. We do not verify the accuracy of vehicle history, title status, mileage, condition, ownership, liens, recalls, or legal compliance.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Car Ad Builder does not store your full card number. Stripe may collect and process payment information according to its own privacy and security practices.
Email delivery
We use your email address to send a private link to your generated result. We may use an email delivery provider to send these messages. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly before payment.
Data retention
We may retain order information, vehicle inputs, generated listing text, and payment status records for operational, support, security, and tax/accounting purposes. You may contact us to request deletion of your generated listing data when legally and technically possible.
Third-party services
Car Ad Builder may use third-party services for payment processing, email delivery, hosting, database storage, analytics, and text generation. These providers process data only as needed to operate the service.
